Hailing from a broadcast background at 4Creative, his initial focus on celebrity performances broadened out into delivering incredibly naturalistic and fun performances for a variety of high-profile products and brands.  

It was actually an early change of career direction that brought Phil to this focus. His parents were not exactly thrilled when he tossed his Degree in Interior Design aside, in order to become a production runner, and from there pursue a directing career. Looking back, he claims it was the best decision he's ever made.  

With deliverable lists now encompassing an array of platforms and medias - the ability to create and capture powerful performances across them is central to many propositions. It is his experience within these environments that he passionately relishes and delivers on.
