Hailing from Manchester, KC Locke has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices in UK music video direction. His bold use of colour, kinetic camerawork and cutting-edge VFX creates bespoke worlds for artists that are as visually arresting as they are rewatchable.
KC cut his teeth directing promos for emerging artists on the Manchester music scene, with an early video for IAMDDB going viral and putting him firmly on the industry map. Since then he has directed for Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, Burna Boy, AJ Tracey, Aitch and Mahalia, earning nominations at the MOBOs 2025, UKMVAs 2024, and over 20 awards at festivals across the UK, US, Europe and Japan.
Alongside music, KC has extended his work into commercials and branded content for the likes of ITV, Samsung, McDonald's and Boohoo.
