In 2012 the unknown Ben attended the Cannes Lions and picked up a stack of awards:
Best Short Film at SHOTS Young Director Awards where he was also named Best New Director
Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Award plus… a Cannes Lion!
His list of accolades continued: Best New Director Kinsale 2013, two British Arrows plus the highly prestigious top prize at London International where he was given the Grand Prix to join his other golds.
Ben wrote and directed the Childline "It Follows Me Around" spot which typifies his unique ability to combine very naturalistic, often raw, documentary-style film-making with highly thought-provoking performances. If you are looking for a director who can deliver on emotion then look no further.
